ummm you dere?

So I'm clearly doing something wrong, and I would like someone to tell me what it is. Things don't seem to be working smoothly and everywhere I turn there's something else to do. Someone could say I'm not doing some things right, but I don't think that's an issue. I'm just doing what I do, and if that all turns out to be wrong, I guess I'm screwed for life because I'm not planning on any major life changes. I just want to figure out this so called life of mine and get it back to Kansas, cause we've been out of Kansas for a while. By that I mean a while. So what's going on???????? I feel like an infinite stack of documents that need to be organized in alphabetically, but it's impossible to do that because there are always more to organize. WOAH! But is that normal? What's normal? Will I ever be put back together again? WAIT! Did I ever even fall off the wall? Who knows? Maybe being normal is abnormal, and vice versa. Maybe I'm OK...let's find out after I sniff this white out HAHAHA JUST KIDDING I STICK TO DRY ERASE MARKERS errrrrrrr...........I mean organic honey and large onions.

Got any gwapes?

here's what happened......

ok SO........here it is; the saga of AP English vs. administration:

At the beginning of the year, Ms. Berry said that if she is absent, we do not have to come to early bird.
  • early bird is before the regular school day
Yesterday, Ms. Berry was not at school. Our class waited outside her room for the entire early bird bell, then a sub came for first bell.
  • we were unattended to for almost an hour
Today, we were all at school, and, again, the door was locked and the lights were off. Simone went to the office and learned that Ms. Berry would not be coming in today. Therefore, we assumed that we wouldn't have a sub again, and Ms. Berry told us we wouldn't have to come in for early bird, right? We, minus two people, left to go to Coffee Emporium.

This middle part is not clear to me, but someone at school started tripping and sent that one lady (Ms. Grossman?) to the classroom. The two who remained told her where the rest of us were, and they got roasted. Word spread.....

We got back (TECHNICALLY BEFORE SCHOOL EVEN STARTED) and (Ms. Grossman?) was in Ms. Berry's seat and had marked all of us absent. "Did you guys have fun on your coffee break?" she asked. I think one or some replied, "YES!" Then a real sub came (late) and said that we are the good students, the best students, etc...and (Ms. Grossman?) left with an eyeroll, saying, "Oh yeah they're good, alright..."

We started on our work, and Ms. Meyerz (sp?haha) came and told (yelled-ish) us with her usual I'm-better-than-you-and-you-should-be-afraid-of-me attitude and told us we were wrong. We tried to tell her our side, and she said "Well, I'll have to talk to Ms. Berry, then."

ahem....

It is pathetic to be at a school that so desperately wants to change for the better - we were practically force-fed the idea of Positive School Culture on the first three days - but doesn't grasp the fact that respect isn't a one stop shop; it can't just be about students showing respect for faculty and staff. When students feel they aren't respected, they will respond with attitudes far from positive and far from what the school needs; the last thing they will think about is giving respect to the evil adult who just disrespected them. That is the bottom line. If certain authoritative figures can not understand this, our school will continue down the toilet and our image will be completely hampered as we move into the new school.

That's really all I have to say. The end?

UMMMMMMMM RED ALERT RED ALERT

HAHA so who am I kidding? I have some things I forgot about:

1. Parent Connect told me I have all A's for midterm except for History, which is understandable, because I turned in that BBQ essay a week layt.

Oh and I actually don't have a real A in English.

2. Apparently yearbooks are coming? I recommend getting one, even if you've never been to the school. I'm pretty sure Mr. Norman didn't change my last page, unless he did. It's a clouds background and it says "In Memory Of..." and guess who's picture is there?????????? MR. CARLISLE WHAAAAAAAT. So yeah. Get won (sp?).

all alone in the moonlight...

So it's Friday night, and I have this much life: 0 so I'm blogging? It just hasn't been a very good day. How come I'm stupid and went way over on my minutes???????? Je ne sais pas. And how come Cats is..........not as enjoyable as I thought it would be? Je ne either sais pas.

So sorry I'm not funny. You have to be in a good mood to be funny, which I'm not. Plus, it's harder when you're exposing your darkest secrets to rapists and murderers.

Nothing to write about muchz, bai unless I think of sumthn.

hmm what's some interestings thing to say

HEY HI

So I'm probably really bored right now. I haven't finished my college essay for English or my BBQ.......uhh I mean DBQ......essay for history. I also haven't started either of (sp?) them.

SOO WE HAD A HURRICANE.

Dear Oprah, Tyra, and/or Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,

My name is Stephen and my hometown of Cincinnati, OH recently experienced an extremely traumatic event. Our citizens witnessed and/or participated in probably a hurricane. We had lots of wind that was fast. My hometown wasn't prepared for such a disaster and many people have been without power for over three days.

I am writing for help. H-E-L-P. My family has been torn apart, as well as physically. Although we only lost power for six hours, we had a hard time deciding which candles to use. I like decorating candles when I was young and I don't want to burn it. So we lit some other candles. And then we brought out Trivial Pursuit: Junior but the questions were really easy and we get bored. The cards and board are still on our living room floor and no one will put it away into the original box. It is real devastating. Also we have a pear tree, and because we had wind that blew really fast our pears are in our yard and it smells like pears. One time I even saw a bee on one of the pears that fell. Also, a majority of our tomato plants have fallen over.

Cincinnati is in a crisis. Please help!

Sincerely,

Stephen

yeah, I know. It's not like a professional photography contest, it's just a scholarship opportunity where you are supposed to submit your most original photo.

So which one do I pick? They are all of a sunset from my backyard. The focus isn't that gyoudl (sp?) but the artistic side of me justifies it because it makes it more...artistic?

Anyway, tru dat. I fell like writing a lot, but let's not share all our secrets. I did hear this at lunch today, though:

dark-skinned girl: I hate bein black! All dem niggas be goin after light skinned girls.
light-skinned girl: I hate bein light skinned! Erybody thinks im Brazilian or some shit!

the good, the bad, the ugly

GOOD: Your teenage daughter has a job! She can finally pay for her own stuff.

BAD: She's a prostitute...oops.

UGLY: You only know this because you accidentally pick her up last night.

GOOD: We have a class syllabus for AP Bio. Looks like it will be a real class!

BAD: It looks familiar. Have I seen it before?

UGLY: Umm it's basically word-for-word from the College Board website

Hi everyone. I'm so bored....................

I just decided to announce the announcement about our Bio syllabus. I know it might be a good thing that it's, for the most part, identical to the college board's; after all, they would know which topics we have to cover. But it reminds me of a seventh grader who copies and pastes a paragraph from wikipedia and tries to make it not plagiarized (yeah I had to google that word to find out how to spell it) by changing some of the words. So good? Bad? Ugly? Je ne sais pas, but I don't have a gyoudl (sp?) feeling about this class.

tee tee why elle
